She studied at a theater school in his city until he was 18 years old, when he decided to move to Madrid to continue studying.
Since 2005, she has been the partner of fellow actor Rodolfo Sancho. On March 7, 2015, their daughter Jimena was born.

At the age of 21, she got a role for the TV series Javier ya no vive solo. In that series she acted with great actors like Emilio Aragón, Emilio Gutiérrez Caba or Fernando Guillén Cuervo, with whom she would later coincide in Sin tetas no hay paraíso.
After a six-year hiatus as lead actress, a new project launched Tostado back to stardom, playing "La Vane" in Sin tetas no hay paraíso. After the series, she embarked on the production ón 23 F: Historia de una traición in 2009.
In 2011 she participated in the series Piratas of Telecinco, giving life to the sensual "Victoria Falcón". The same year, she appeared in four episodes of the series Física o Química playing "Daphne". Later on she joined the cast of Bandolera as the character "Lupe".
From January 2015 she played "Lourdes Maldonado" in the Antena 3 series Amar es para siempre. Due to a pregnancy, she left the series.
In 2021, she appeared as Alba in The Cook of Castamar ( Spanish : La cocinera de Castamar ), a Spanish period drama television series adapting the novel of the same name by Fernando J. Muñez starring Michelle Jenner and Roberto Enríquez.
