Ernie Serrano

 Ernie Serrano was a 33 year old indigenous man from Riverside County, California who died in police custody while being handcuffed inside a Jurupa Valley grocery store. The police deputies were reportedly responding to allegations that he tried to grab a gun from the security guard during an incident inside the show.

Police also allege that he refused to comply with deputies orders and had methamphetamine, marijuana, and other drugs in his system from an initial autopsy.
