Dr. Stella Immanuel is a African American doctor from Houston, Texas who went viral on 27 July 2020 after she advocated for the use of hydroxychloroquine as a cure for coronavirus in front of the U.S. Supreme Court. Dr. Stella Immanuel spoke as part of the America’s Frontline Doctors Summit.
