Claudie Blakley is an English film and television star best known for her portrayal of Emma Timmins in the BBC drama Lark Rise to Candleford.
She is also recognized for bringing to life Charlotte Lucas in the 2005 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice.

Her father was Alan Blakley, a member of the 1960s pop band the Tremeloes, and her sister Kirsten Blakley is lead singer of the indie band Little Spitfire. Her mother Lin Blakley, is an actress known for her work on EastEnders playing Pam Coker from 2014 to 2016.
Blakley trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama.
