Career & Education
Byron's passion for cookery began at the age of 15. He went ahead for training and got opportunities to work in reputable restaurants in the Manhattan area. He was mentored by brilliant chefs in the industry such as Gavin Kaysen, Ronny Emborg, Daniel Boulud, and Daniel Humm.
He does not have any formal training in the cooking industry but has put his best foot forward by learning by himself and managed to work in kitchens of well-known restaurants like Café Boulud, Eleven Madison Park, Michelin, and Atera.
EMP Restaurant managed to win the title “Top Restaurant in the world by S.Pellegrino” as he served as their sous chef.
Later on, being with the Eleven Madison Park crew he traveled with them to their chain of restaurants in Aspen and Hamptons and at last made a decision to stay in the Rocky Mountains.
