 Billy Gilmour is a Scottish footballer who play for Scotland National team and English football giants Chelsea as a midfielder. Billy joined Chelsea Football academy in 2017 from Scottish football giants Rangers in 2017.


 Billy Gilmour is 19 years old as of 2020. He was born on 11 June 2001 in Glasgow, Scotland. He attended Stanley Primary School in Ardrossan and Grange Academy in Kilmarnock, where he was part of the Scottish Football Association (SFA) Performance School programme.


Biily Gilmour's father Billy Snr served with the Royal Navy and played junior football for Ardrossan Winton Rovers. His mother Carrie is a teacher.


Billy's younger brother Harvey Gilmour plays Kilmarnock and is also the SFA programme that his elder brother was in. Harvey says he is the biggest fan of Billy.

Gilmour has already made 3 appearances in English Premier League for the 2019/2020 season. On 08 March 2020 Gilmour made his first start in the premier league game against Everton. Jorginho and Ngolo Kante were both injured giving a rare start.

Billy Gilmour was voted the man of match in Chelsea's quarter final FA clash with Liverpool on 03 March 2020. Chelsea won by 2-0.
