The arrest

A popular social media bedroom toys vendor and self-proclaimed Masturbation Advocate, Ayanda Unity Mponda, has been arrested for allegedly smuggling dildos into the country and selling them to school children.

The 23-year-old also calls herself a sex coach and sells her passion wares via social media platforms. Ayanda aggressively markets her wares by posting videos which sometimes contain raunchy language.

Following her arrest, Ayanda appeared at the Mbare Magistrates Court on Monday {16/05/22} for her initial court appearance.

She was charged with violating the Customs and Excise Act and exposing children to pornographic material.

According to the state-owned daily The Herald, Ayanda had to bare a cold night in custody after the Magistrate remanded the matter to Tuesday.

The enterprising bedroom toys vendor was not asked to plead during her court appearance.
